Axel Christiernsson International recognise Muki Bagceci for his efforts in introducing their patented "Epoch" technology into new market segments. Operating according to the "Customised Label" principle, AXEL do not offer products directly to the end user and selling a completely new type of grease as a rebrand through lubricant specialists and distributors is indeed a challenging task. Muki, originally from Istanbul in Turkey, joined the AXEL sales team in the Netherlands in July 2008 and he has already succeeded in convincing Central European customers to offer the forestry industry a total solution rather than simply concentrating on "Euros per kilo". Exceeding customer expectations means more than selling a drum of grease. A fully synthetic NoioN grease (AXEL's internal brand for Epoch technology) easily outperformed the previous benchmark products. |
